A More Personal Approach to Weight Loss

Weight can change for many reasons. Hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, medications, age, nutrition, and daily routine can all play a part.

That is why a one-size-fits-all plan usually is not enough.

Through our partnership with Karen Bergstein, WHNP, Rejuvené is able to offer medical weight loss support that takes a more complete look at what may be getting in the way. Karen helps women understand their body, talk through their goals, and create a plan that feels realistic for real life.

What Medical Weight Loss May Help With

Many women come in frustrated because they have tried different diets, changed their routine, or worked hard on their own and still feel stuck.

Women often reach out for support when they are dealing with things like:

  • Stubborn weight gain
  • Difficulty losing weight even with diet and exercise
  • Weight changes during perimenopause or menopause
  • Low energy or fatigue
  • Changes in appetite or cravings
  • Feeling stuck after trying multiple plans
  • A desire for medical guidance and a clearer path forward

Karen will help you look at the full picture and talk through what options may make sense for you.

Your First Step

The first step is not guessing. Karen starts by getting to know you, your health history, your symptoms, your goals, and what has or has not worked for you in the past.

From there, she can help create a personalized plan based on your needs. This may include lab work, nutrition guidance, movement recommendations, medical options when appropriate, and lifestyle support that fits your day-to-day life.

The goal is to help you move forward with a plan that is clear, realistic, and built around your body.
